SLI President, Mark Phillips will be presenting a paper entitled “Independent Testing of Voting Technologies: Key to Voter Integrity”, at the 2011 Annual Conference of the Association of European Election Officials to be held in Budapest, Hungary on Friday, June 17th, 2011. Joining him on this  international panel of election officials will be representatives of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) of the Republic of the Philippines, as well as representatives from the UK and Russian Election Commissions.
