Glenn Truglio, President and CEO

  


Glenn Truglio is president and chief executive officer of SLI Global Solutions.  Glenn joined SLI Global Solutions’ predecessor company SysTest Labs Incorporated, in 2006 as its chief operating officer and was elevated to company president in 2008.  Glenn also services as president of the Government Solutions practice.

Glenn’s responsibility is to align the company with a long-term strategic vision.  He facilitates outside business while guiding staff and the executive team toward achieving company goals and objectives.  Glenn’s primary goal is to create sustainability, profitability, and growth.

Glenn brings 38 years of management and consulting experience to his role as CEO of SLI Global Solutions.  Prior to joining, Glenn was responsible for running a government consulting division at MAXIMUS and at Policy Studies, Inc., following several posts with the US Department of Health and Human Services.   

Glenn holds masters degrees from Temple and Villanova Universities, and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Adelphi University. 

 

Katherine Phillips, Executive Vice President
and Board Chair

 

Katherine Phillips is a primary owner of SLI Global Solutions, EVP and Board Chair.  She oversees the Administrative and Human Resource operations, leveraging her depth of operations experience.  She also heads up the SLI Global Solutions’ green initiatives throughout the company.

Additionally, Katherine serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Work Options for Women, a nonprofit organization that trains low income women for employment in the culinary industry.

 Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma State University.

 

Chris Kendall, Chief Financial Officer

  

Chris Kendall is chief financial officer of SLI Global Solutions. Chris joined SLI Global Solutions in July 2008, and oversees all corporate and executive-level finance, development, and accounting.  Chris has strong leadership experience including strategy, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, capital structuring, and financial planning & analysis.  

Bringing more than 20 years of experience, Chris previously serviced as a trusted advisory CFO consultant providing complete financial analytics and corporate solutions.  Additionally, Chris served eight years as CFO and SVP at Clear Technology Inc., a Denver-based software company that earned Deloitte Fast 50 honors during his tenure. Chris began his finance career at Price Waterhouse in Australia and has also worked in finance and accounting positions in Malaysia and the United Kingdom.

 Chris holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Australian National University.  He is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.    



Mark Phillips, Vice President, Quality Solutions

 

Mark joined SLI Global Solutions in May 2008 and is responsible for strategically growing SLI as a trusted partner for providing quality solutions globally.  Mark also leads SLI’s VSTL, a facility accredited by the National Institute of Standards and Technology for the testing of voting equipment in accordance with the US Election Assistance Commission guidelines.  

As a recognized technology business leader with over 30 years experience, Mark has led, managed and developed complex global IT solutions including the testing and certification of election technology for the Republic of the Philippines national elections in 2010. His expertise included positions with Harvey Nash USA, Cendant Travel Distribution Services, Ciber Inc., Computer Technology Associates, and Martin Marietta Denver Aerospace.

 Mark holds a master’s degree in human factors engineering from California State. University and bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York. He also has a Board of Ergonomics Certification and is a professional human factors engineer.

 

Benjamin Ray, Vice President, Strategic Services

 

Ben joined in January of 2010 and is responsible for identifying, pursuing and driving new sources of revenue and profit by developing current, expanded or new markets; new or enhanced products and services; and new ways of working.  Ben internally oversees the end-to-end innovation process, including maintaining the innovation pipeline, and advocates for breakthrough thinking, technologies, products and services.

With 24 years of experience, prior to joining SLI Global Solutions, he was a founder and chief growth officer of Xylem Digital, a premier full-service digital branding agency with offices in Denver, Colorado, NYC, Chicago and London, England.  His major clients included; McDonald's UK and Europe, McDonald's US, Davines Europe and North America, Atkins Nutritionals, Chipotle, Best Buy Geek Squad, Jimmy John's, Jamba Juice, Naked Juice, Corner Bakery Cafe, Vail Cascade, Jeppesen, Quizno's, Grease Monkey International, Outward Bound, Bona, RS Cycles, Luuvee and National Lampoon.

Additionally, he was a founder of IN Denver Times, the online communication news and entertainment platform successor to the 150 year old newspaper, The Rocky Mountain News.  Ben received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Colorado State University.

 

Steve Esposito, VP State & Local Government Solutions

 

Steve joined in September of 2010 and is responsible for managing and directing the State & Local Government Practice. He is accountable for sustainability and growth as he identifies, pursues, and delivers Project Management and IV&V/QA services on government IT projects. Under his direction, a national team of technical and program specialists help clients mitigate project risks. Additionally, he oversees marketing to government entities, including responding to formal Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and presenting to public sector executive management.

With over 28 years of professional IT consulting, his experience includes implementing large human services, financial, accounting, banking, and voter registration systems. Prior to SLI Global Solutions, he was the SVP for MAXIMUS, and was the CIO for the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE), and an EDP Project Manager for the Division of Data Administration

Steve received a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP).





Dan Worrell, Director, Business Development

Dan joined SLI Global Solutions in July 2010 and is responsible for negotiating and managing business relationships, defining target markets, lead generation, partner management, marketing for Partner in Quality, and managing the sales team.  He is a visionary and a thought leader and is listed on patent pending location based technology. 

Dan brings 11 years of experience in sales, marketing, team building, quality assurance, software development, and account management.  Prior to joining SLI Global Solutions he was with InfoNow Corporation, Gold Systems, and CSG Systems. 

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science, degree in Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State College of Denver an ABET accredited program. 


 

Lynda Douglas, Director, Health IT

 At SLI Global Solutions Lynda oversees large IT systems development engagements with State Health and Human services departments.  She is responsible for Quality Assurance (QA) and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) working primarily with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS). In addition Lynda executes large-scale technical proposals, provides oversight of budget and staffing, and maintains the artifacts associated with the company's proprietary methodology.

Prior to joining SLI Global Solutions in 2003, Lynda held positions with Computer Sciences Corp SAIC.
Lynda earned degrees from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts Sewanee from The University of the South. 

 

Traci Mapps, Director, Quality Operations

Traci Mapps joined SLI Global Solutions in January of 2008.  Traci oversees of the Quality Services team to ensure services meet industry accepted standards.  Her experience includes telecom, enterprise applications, storage networking and electronic voting systems.    

With over 13 year’s experience, she is a member of the American Society of Quality, Software Quality Association in Denver and the International Institute for Software Testing. She has a Software Quality Engineer Certification from the ASQ-Denver Chapter and is an ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level.

Traci holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver.
