Katherine Phillips, Chairman of the Board, Chief Administration Officer Katherine Phillips is SysTest Labs’ principle owner and has more than 15 years' experience in human resources, payroll and office management. Before joining SysTest Labs, Katherine served as office manager for superfund consulting firm Murray, Lamont and Associates. Today, she oversees cash management, administers employee benefit plans and maintains all aspects of accounting and bookkeeping. She is also responsible for the comfortable, welcoming aesthetic present throughout SysTest Labs’ Denver headquarters. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma State University. She was recently invited to join the Board of Directors for the nonprofit organization Work Options for Women. Glenn Truglio, President and Chief Operating Officer Glenn Truglio came to SysTest Labs in early 2006 as a catalyst for growth and to build a national presence for the company. Thirty-seven years' experience streamlining government programs and consulting for private and public sector companies provided Glenn’s foundation. From his early years in human services policy at the federal Department of Health and Human Services, he eventually moved into IT consulting, first at Policy Studies Inc. and then at MAXIMUS Corporation, where he ran consulting divisions for both companies. Glenn joined SysTest Labs in 2006 as Vice President of Government Services. He quickly rose to COO, where his top priority became positioning the company for growth. During Glenn’s tenure, SysTest Labs has secured $20+ million in new government contracts and has seen its revenue increase by 68 percent. Glenn also helped revamp the executive management team, hiring Mark Phillips, Rob Mitchell and Chris Kendall. Glenn holds a bachelor’s degree from Adelphi University, a master's degree in psychology from Temple University and a master's degree in social science from Villanova University. Chris Kendall, Chief Financial Officer Chris Kendall is the newest member of the SysTest Labs Executive Team, bringing more than 15 years' experience in financial management within the high-tech industry. Most recently, Chris served as CFO advisory consultant for the Fossick Group in Denver, where he performed complete financial analytics and consulting services. His other experience includes five years as senior vice president and CFO for Clear Technology, Inc., which earned Deloitte Fast 50 honors during his tenure. At SysTest Labs, Chris oversees all things business, from fiscal management and strategic planning for growth to evaluating profitability and opportunities for increased efficiency. He also focuses on policy development and human resource management. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Australian National University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Mark Phillips, Vice President of Compliance ServicesMark Phillips brings to SysTest Labs a wide-ranging level of expertise in the technology sector. Mark joined SysTest Labs in early 2008, bringing more than 25 years of experience working with companies such as Harvey Nash USA, Cendant Travel Distribution Services, CIBER Inc., Computer Technology Associates and Martin Marietta Denver Aerospace. As Vice President of Compliance Services, Mark seeks to grow SysTest Labs as a trusted partner for software compliance testing in the United States and throughout the world. He has traveled to workshops and forums across the country, educating government officials on the compliance process. In September 2008, Mark traveled to Romania to make a presentation before the Association of European Election Officials. Mark’s work has proven integral in maintaining SysTest Labs' voting systems testing accreditation from the United States Election Assistance Commission (EAC). He holds a master's degree in human factors engineering from California State University and a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York. He also has a Board of Ergonomics Certification and is a professional human factors engineer. Robert Mitchell, Vice President of Government Services Robert Mitchell joined SysTest Labs in July 2007, bringing 18 years' of consulting, system implementation and software integration experience for state and local governments. Robert began his career as a consultant with the accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick. There, he served as project manager on numerous enterprise application integration engagements. After moving across the country several times supporting various clients, Robert settled in Denver at CIBER Inc., where he served as an Area Director helping integrate support systems for several government clients. At SysTest Labs, Robert is responsible for all aspects of the software testing, quality assurance, and IV&V services SysTest Labs provides to government agencies. Since he joined the team, Robert has added several government clients representing more than $15 million in new work. He also has restructured the government services team to optimize client service. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New Orleans and a Master of Business Administration degree from Tulane University. |
