Brian Phillips – President and CEO
Brian Phillips is one of the principle founders and President and CEO of SysTest Labs. Before starting SysTest Labs, he was a senior consultant in software engineering for both the aerospace and telecommunication industries. He is a Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) from the American Society of Quality with an Aerospace and Ocean Engineering degree from Virginia Tech and a Masters from The University of Denver. Brian brings many years of extensive technical, management and leadership experience as President and CEO of SysTest Labs. In addition to his executive management duties at SysTest Labs, Brian has been active in supporting the Colorado Software and Internet Association (CSIA) in promoting growth in IT in both Colorado and the US as well as the Election Assistance Commission (EAC), the National Association of State Election Directors (NASED) and Secretaries of State in educating the general public and election officials in the rigors of electronic voting system testing and certification.

Chris Kendall– Chief Financial Officer.
Chris Kendall has served as a Chief Financial Officer and a Senior Finance Executive for high technology companies such as Lanx, LLC and Clear Technologies, Inc. He brings to SysTest Labs a proven track record in financial management, capital financing and structuring financial transactions. In addition, his experience has focused on the development of financial accountability for large multinational companies as well as start-ups and high-tech, fast growth environments. His strengths include disciplined fiscal management, strategic planning for growth, evaluating profitability and opportunities for increased efficiency, policy development and human resource management with a focus on results.

Katherine Phillips – Chief Administration Officer.
Katherine Phillips has more than fifteen years experience in human resources, payroll and office management. In addition to these duties, Katherine is also in charge of cash management, administering employee benefit plans and all aspects of accounting and bookkeeping. She holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree from Oklahoma State University.

Glenn Truglio – Chief Operating Officer
Glenn Truglio's career spans thirty-six years of professional experience in both the public and private sectors.  Glenn has a broad policy background in our nation’s human services programs, including: Public Welfare, Child Support Enforcement, Child Welfare, Medicaid, and Unemployment Insurance.  As a consultant to government, Glenn has directed a number of large, complex projects involving program evaluations, business process reengineering, and technology planning and project oversight.

Glenn joined SysTest Labs in January of 2006 as Executive Vice President for Government Services and was promoted in June of that year to Chief Operating Officer where he focuses on the day-to-day operations of the company in its three primary lines of business – Government, Commercial, and Compliance Services.  Within each line of business, offerings entail Software Test Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Independent Verification and Validation services.

Mark Phillips – Vice President of Compliance Services
Mark Phillips brings more than 25 years’ experience working with companies such as Harvey Nash USA, Cendant Travel Distribution Service s, CIBER, Inc., Computer Technology Associates and Martin Marietta Denver Aerospace.
As vice president of the compliance division, Phillips helps drive business growth in compliance-related industries to further develop SysTest Labs as a premier testing lab. Phillips holds a Master of Arts degree in human factors engineering from California State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York. He also has a Board of Ergonomics Certification and is a Professional Human Factors Engineer.

Robert Mitchell – Vice President of Government Services
Robert Mitchell's career spans over 17 years of professional services experience in the state and local government marketplace.  Robert has extensive experience integrating and supporting systems for government clients, serving as a project manager on numerous enterprise application integration, business process assessment, application development, independent verification and validation and quality assurance projects. Robert joined SysTest labs in July of 2007 as Vice President for Government Services where he is responsible for all aspects of the Software Testing, Quality Assurance, and Independent Verification and Validation services we provide our government clients. Robert received a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans and a MBA from Tulane University.

Roxanna Podlogar – Vice President of Commercial Services
Roxanna Podlogar is responsible for the Commercial Services line of business at SysTest Labs. She has over 25 years of experience in the technology sector. During the last 12 years, she has led large project teams and implemented new products for McDATA and Qwest Communications. At SysTest Labs, she is responsible for business development and oversees the sales and delivery of commercial services. At McDATA, she was responsible for leading a team of program managers through the development of all McDATA products from initial concept to end-of-life. At Qwest, Roxanna led software development programs including: prototype initiatives for VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), transactional business-to-business interfaces and Qwest’s video TV offering using VDSL (very high-speed digital subscriber line). She holds five team patents for her work at Qwest and has a Master of Technology degree from University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Washington University
