• SysTest Labs works closely with your project office and staff as well as your Development organization or your third party Development Vendor during development of the system.
• SysTest Labs, in coordination with your project office, ensures that the Development organization/Vendor provides all appropriate deliverables;
• SysTest Labs’ team reviews, assesses the quality of, and makes recommendations to validate the completeness of the deliverable when compared to system and contractual requirements.
• SysTest Labs typically attends meetings with the Development organization/Vendor, your project office and Change Committees, as required.

At or around project completion, SysTest Labs provides both a verification and validation that your system was built right and that the right system was built.
