We’ve taken a great test tool and made it better! SysTest Labs has devised a unique architectural strategy for the Rational Robot framework architecture that is powerful, flexible and easily maintained. The key elements of the architecture are the Single Script Automation Framework and the extensive employment of DataPools for important aspects of the testing effort.
The Single Script Automation Framework provides application-independent automation by leveraging DataPool functionality that supports parameterized driver data, parameterized test input data, application object data, and several other testing-related data items. The DataPools provide values for the Single Script Framework variables during playback.
The SysTest Labs architecture has proven to require little maintenance and promotes extreme reusability of test data. This script framework rapidly and effectively supports application-object activity in many customer applications, inclusive of multiple environments.
