SysTest Labs Hires Robert A. Mitchell as Vice President of Government Services

DENVER (Aug. 21, 2007) – Robert A. Mitchell has joined SysTest Labs as the new vice president of government services. SysTest Labs is a Denver-based company and a national leader in quality assurance (QA) and independent verification and validation (IV&V) solutions.

Mitchell, previously an area director in the state and local government practice for CIBER, Inc., will lead Systest Lab’s government division, which serves state and local government agencies across the United Sates. Mitchell joins SysTest Labs with over 17 years of experience in information technology and management consulting. At SysTest Labs he will focus on managing a team of IV&V/QA and software testing consultants, driving business development and overseeing all government relationships.

Prior to joining SysTest Labs, Mitchell supported multiple state and local government systems integration and process improvement efforts in his previous roles with CIBER and BearingPoint.

Mitchell holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Orleans.
