As vice president of the compliance division, Phillips will focus on business growth in compliance-related industries to further develop SysTest Labs as a premier testing lab.  Phillips brings more than 25 years’ experience working with companies such as Harvey Nash USA, Cendant Travel Distribution Services, CIBER, Inc., Computer Technology Associates and Martin Marietta Denver Aerospace.

Phillips holds a Master of Arts degree in human factors engineering from California State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York. He also has a Board of Ergonomics Certification and is a Professional Human Factors Engineer.
